Clint Holland

I am the owner/ founder of NuPeak Fitness, I will be developing the programming for the group functional fitness and maintaining a safe training environment for our clients. Your health is my number one priority and working with me immediately you will see I am passionate about the training I provide. 

​

My background, I served for over 13 years in the Australian Army, where I deployed to Afghanistan once and served for 7 years in the special forces as a support member. Where it was my extra regimental role to maintain the fitness in the workplace, approximately 60 soldiers. I have taken group training in the military since 2009. I also have competed in the sport of Olympic weightlifting at the state level. Now, I have refined my skills by further education to enhance my ability to get the best out of my clients to optimise results to achieve their fitness goals. I am versatile and friendly, feel free to approach me to guide you on your journey to improved health.
